I just bought a '99 Burro. Any Burro owner? Like to know what you think of it?

Hi Janet, there may be a couple of folks that watch this forum and own Burro's but you will have better luck if you go to www.fiberglassrv.com thats not to say you won't be welcome here because you crtainly will be, the fiberglass forum folks are just as friendly and most of us moniter that forum as well, congrats on your ourchase they are a great little trailer but the company had management problems and didn't survive, most of the equiptment thats in them is the same stuff thats in every other camper, good luck with the Burro

I think you got a nice trailer.
Have fun with it.

And I'm not just saying that becaue I have an 81' 13 ft Burro.

Both sites are loaded with help and ideas, and really nice people. Enjoy.

Janet
There is someone on the other fiberglassrv site that owns and is extremely knowledgeable with burro trailer. Her site name is "Gina D" ( I believe she owns a 99' model)
She is also one of the moderators on that site. I think you will be very happy with that burro. I really like the double wall construction.

smile.gif Janet, we just sold an '80 Burro, we really liked it but bought a 16' Casita for the bathroom and shower. I hope you have a lot of fun with it.

My wife & I owned a 10' U-Haul "egg" that we think was made by Burro. We used it on three long trips... a six week tour of Alaska, another 6 weeks in the Canadian maritime provinces and a third 6 week trip to ME, VT & NH. I modifiied the bunk at the front of the trailer and installed a small table and used each of the side storage corners for seats.

Because we needed a shower & stool, and a three-way refrigerator, we sold it and bought a Casita, of which we're very satisfied. Ray, Appleton, WI
