That sounds like an epic trip! I am so jealous. We are still weekend campers due to work obligations, but the clock is ticking down for both of us. Glad we bought our Casita in 2013 and will have 14 years of experience camping with her before we retire and go on the open road for extended periods of time. If you simplify your life enough, 14’ of living space is all you need. When things get cramped, simply step outdoors. It’s bigger than Texas!

Welcome to this Casita clan....and best wishes on your Alaskan jaunt!    You'll find that fiberglass magic carpet keeps you constantly extending your bucket list.   A darned good thing!

Hope to meet you somewhere down the road.

Welcome to the "Family"!  That is a trip that I am going to try next year, good Lord willing...  But sitting here in sunny Florida for the past 2 weeks while Tennessee is washing away from all the rain is great.

We pulled our Casita to Alaska in the summer of 2018.  The Alaska Highway is a L-O-N-G road, take your time and enjoy the journey.  Some roads are good, some are not.  Make reservations early for Denali as the campground fills up quickly. There is a wide variation in the quality of RV parks.  Plan to spend an entire day at the museum in Anchorage.  A trip to remember!
