Hey all,

After nearly 8 years of fantasizing about living on the road in a trailer, I just recently picked a 2003, 13' Casita Patriot Deluxe.  I spent the first 4 weeks rehabbing her back to life with a slick new paint job and a total cosmetic renovation inside.  She was in great shape, but needed some love.  Anyhow, I've been a passive tourist on Casita Club for years and am psyched to be a part of the family now.

This past weekend was spent up in the Mountains by the St. Louis river with some other full timer friends that live in their 17' Casita.

I'm looking forward to posting pics and learning a ton along the journey :)

I've attached a few before and afters...

David

welcome to the group, david. great job on the restoration. there are at least 3 of us now full timing in our 13ft PD casitas, you, a solo lady in her 1985 PD and me and my dog in our 2013 PD. IMHO it is the perfect casita for a solo, has absolutely everything i need and nothing i don't. enjoy!!!!!!

You did a very nice job on your restoration David. I would be proud to camp next to you someday. You should definitely be easy to spot coming down the road. We on the other hand tend to blend in with the rest of the Casita owners. Ha! Happy camping!

Congrats......great job on the restoration.  Love the orange color.   When I was a kid.....we used to go to a fair in San Bernadino, Calif called the Orange Show.  I remember buying an Orange Julius drink from a trailer that looked like yours.....very cool!   Safe travels.
