I've never actually kept the mileage because I travel so much................but I've put a ton of miles on my Kumhos and was told today at the tire shop it looks as if the belts are "just" starting to separate.  I have never cherished the thought of a blowout on the highway, so I think it's time for new tires.

When I dumped my practically new (1500 miles) Goodyear Marathons and bought Kumhos, they were considered the "cat's meeow" of tires.  That was 9 years and lots of miles ago and I've had not one complaint with them.  So what is considered THE tire to put on a Casita nowadays?  I'm open to suggestions.

Actually, if you've been following the thread that Greg started, it sounds as if the Goodyear Endurance is the up and coming new kid on the block.

I think the Kumhos are "hit or miss"... I bought a set for my 03 SD and within 1 1/2 years and not that much mileage (maybe 10,000) they developed some huge knots and one of them had a catastrophic failure 50 miles from home.  The spare that had never been on the ground even had the beginnings of a knot on it...

If you leverage 16" wheels, these load rated g are the choice.
