Hi There,

I tried looking through old posts as I assume I am not the first to ask...

I have my 83 Casita parked off our back alley and would love to protect it from the Fall weather before storing for the winter in the garage.

Is there a "car cover" type of thing out there that would work better than a tarp and bungee cords?

Any direction or "see this forum topic from 2 years ago" would be much appreciated.

Thanks from Grand Rapids MI.

I have the Calmark cover and glad I do. Primarily got it to protect trailer from the sun, salt and sand when stored in my driveway.  So nice to pull off the cover and have a nice clean and shinny trailer.

The Calmark is custom made for the trailer. Mine covers the entire trailer except for the tongue and bumper. Covers propane tanks and spare tire also.  Well worth the cost in my opinion.

I second Wally Z.  The Calmark cover has been great for us.  I especially like that it is breathable.  It is not impervious to rain, but does shed most of it and will keep your trailer clean during the off months and free of mold and mildew.  We keep our cover tented by running an 8 foot board above our a/c unit up to a bucket we place over the forward end.  Our cover is now 6 years old and going strong.  We anticipate it will last as long as we own the trailer.

I also have the Calmark cover and would agree with the other posts. Only used it one season so far but it did the job and when I contacted Calmark recently to say that one of the elastic cords sewn in the wheel cover had come loose, they sent me a new one immediately. Love that kind of service!!

I know this is a longshot but does anyone have a Calmark cover they no longer need for a 17 ft Spirit Deluxe?
