Saw a Casita today being towed by a maroon Toyota truck going east bound hwy 90 (or what is being renamed as I-49 south) in Louisiana today at about 4:15pm. So excited to see one in my state!

Traveling near Hwy 231 near Panama City, FL today and saw one of the most strangest Casita Travel Trailers that I've ever seen, painted up like a water melon! All green with darker green lines to resemble a Jubilee watermelon.

Traveling from Manila, UT to Vernal, UT today on UT-44. Passed a northbound Casita about 10:30 a.m. I waved, but I was in a work vehicle, not towing my Casita. Whomever you were, howdy.

i've seen pics of that casita somewhere. it's so well done, don't know if it's painted or a "wrap" but it looks great!

attachicon.gifRoyalGorge.jpg

we were there in 2013 right after the fire that closed everything down

we had plans to cross the bridge and ride the train....all canceled however we still were able to take a white water raft trip through the Gorge

make sure you don't come close to violating any traffic laws or in any way "offend" Colorado folks ........many(not all) of them are not fond of Texans and go out of their way to make that clear. My time there 30+ years ago doing an internship in the Denver area, made that clear and returning 5 and then 3 years ago confirmed some of those feelings are still strong.

beautiful area and beautiful state!

This really neat little Casita was spotted at a Thackerville, Oklahoma RV park on August 4-5, 2016.
We were camped two spots to his right. Yes sir, it was miserable HOT!!!

Saw a Casita 08-05-16 @ approx 4pm, heading north towards Ontario Oregon on I-84. Couldn't take a photo and drive. Geico doesn't like that.
