I stayed at American RV in Corsicana. They were very helpful.

Drove out to show me the site in their little cart. Reminded me to put chocks under before I took trailer off of the truck.

Showed me how to take propane tanks off, took them in their cart, refilled them, brought them back and showed me how much to tighten the hoses.

Great people who help new Casita owners every day.

You can take care of all your needs in Corsicana. Warren Tire Pros will balance the tires. If you stay at American RV you can do a thorough shakedown and they have propane. I think it's the easiest way to go.

I stayed at a COE about 20 minutes from the Casita factory called Waxahachie Creek.  I had a couple of minor issues I discovered while camping and it was an easy trip back to the factory.  They took care of it immediately and I was on my way.  I brought a full tank of propane with me when I picked up my trailer and Casita put it on for me. I waited until I got home to have tires balanced. Casita will make sure your hitch and wiring is correct before letting you leave the premises. If something isn't right they will take care of it.
