Also, just for the record, no photoshop here! Just a long exposure and some campground kids running around with lights.

Thanks guys. I was at Joshua Tree. Indian Cove. Very far away for city lights but there were these kids in the campground running around with flashlights making more noise than I may have preferred... (I am currently boondocking on BLM land... no kids!). I figured I'd make the best out of it.... their lights whizzing by, the fairy lights on the casita and the flickering of the campfire made for a great photo!

    gorgeous photo, matt! i too love my patriot deluxe, "sassie cassie", in fact, since weather has finally warmed up again, i'm back to sleeping in her in the driveway every night between camping trips. just like last year. my dreams involve cool places like joshua tree, maybe that destination will be in our future at some point. happy camping, claire and merlin, excellent schnoodle
