I saw two Casita's heading south on Highway 395 north of Lone Pine, CA yesterday morning, and one more parked in Lee Vining a bit later in the day.

I tried to find the folks with the one in Lee Vining, but had no luck!  Maybe next time!

395 is one of my favorites! I am constantly heading up and down that highway.  So much to see and do and so many places to camp!

Definitely my favorite! It was beautiful even without the snow!

As of yesterday, Sunday, there were five Casitas, including mine, at Gilbert Ray campground, near Tucson, AZ.  Similar to last month's visit, when there were also five Casitas here, plus two Escapes, two Bigfoot (Bigfoots? Bigfeet?), a Scamp, a Trillium and a Burro.

Hi Ed and Eric,

Off topic but I just had to say hello.  I'm glad to be back.  This is actually the first time in about a month that I've been able to log on.

Ed: thanks for helping.

Eric: I sent you a PM.

Ed --

Sounds like there's a Rally at Gilbert-Ray!  Wish I had known...I might have overnighted there on my way home from Anza-Borrego State Park in SoCal.

The Eastern Sierra along 395 are beautiful.  I fished many of those lakes for 35 years........great fishing and scenery........gotta get back down there soon.!!!  Safe travels to all.
