Hello Everyone, My name is Mrs. Padilly (aka DM Johnson), and in May I purchased a 2006 17' Spirit Deluxe, with a brown paint job! (put on by original owner, and reminds me of a little brown egg).

I've been spending the summer glamping her up, and began posting this makeover on my blog: MrsPadillysTravels.com, a Boating, Camping, and Sightseeing Travel Blog. If you are interested in seeing what I have done, this link will get you to the first post in this series: http://www.mrspadill...-cabinet-doors/

I'm glad I found this group, and am eager to get familiar with this site, and what other Casita owners have done with their campers.

Happy Trails!

On any next big Casita gathering with 80+ Casitas, yours will stand out, like  :wow:

If mine were that color I'd probably call it Cafe con Leche

Excellent blog as well. And I do like your new boat.

Not what I expected.  It looks surprisingly good.  When I read the part about brown paint job my first thought was, "Oh no!"  It was obviously professionally done, or done by someone that knew what they were doing.  This is the first Casita done in another color.  Don't be surprised if you start a trend.  Take your Casita to a Corvette paint shop. :D

Matching these colors would be cool.
