The Third Annual Rally in the Valley is scheduled again this year. Rally dates are October 16th thru the 19th. Come early and/or stay a few extra days, same great price, $22 per night. 

Contact Palmdale RV Resort for reservations at 1-800-456-7683 or 956-399-7281. 

There will be lots to do and lots to see as well as great visiting with old friends and maybe make some new ones. The agenda Will be posted at a later date depending on how many make reservations. We will be dining on a bay cruise boat that has some wonderful food and entertainment, a shopping/lunch trip to close by Nuevo Progreso, Mexico. (It is safe there) and there is always excursions for fishing and lounging on the beautiful beach of South Padre Island.

Please sign up as soon as possible so we can plan our rally agenda.

Actually had a younger lady in the site next to us last weekend yell that she was "waiting for the old lady to get past" so she could back out. Imagine my dismay to find I was the only person walking past!!!!! Hmmmmmph! Sandy

I don't see anything about 2015 Rally in the Valley posted. Is there
going to be one this year?

I contacted Valleyman to check on the status of the Rally in the Valley. He reports they are planning on having it Oct 15- 18 at the Palmdale RV Park in San Benito, TX. Rates same as last year. Dinner cruise and trip to Progreso, Mex are among activities in the planning stage. More info to follow. Sandy

It is fun, Kathi. There is so much to do in the area and the full timers at the Palmdale are both welcoming and excited to include us in activities at the park. Also, Owen and Biddy have come up with new activities each year. Will post more when he tells me. Sandy

I contacted Valleyman and the Rally in the Valley has been cancelled as the Palmdale RV park has been sold. Sandy
