Casita is very proud to announce that we have a new floor plan available, we call her the Independence.

It will have an upgraded bathroom, kitchen area, and twin bed sleeping arrangements. We will have the demo model in our showroom next week so if your in the area please stop in. For those who cannot swing by, Casita will be uploading pictures to our website CasitaTravelTrailers.com as well as CasitaClub.com hopefully early next week. We are now currently taking orders for it with an approximate delivery time of May.

Interesting pictures on the new Independence.  My opinion of the new cushion covers -

Would like to see some solid colors, preferably Sunbrella brand.

I like the blue because it is more neutral and less tiresome.

Casita now offers a sold color is it a dark navy blue, does not appear to be very durable and certainly not Sunbrella. They also have a new version of the indoor outdoor carpet on the inside, It is a much softer texture and a medium tan color. I was at the factory a month ago when I saw it. They have the Independence, Spirit and Freedom on the showroom floor and not a Liberty. When I asked about the access doors in the Independence that I had seen on a model an owner had, the salesman indicated the Independence on the showroom floor was the original prototype.

Does anyone have any information about resale values of this model? I know it hasn't been around very long but I have seen one listed here. We are contemplating purchase of an Independence and, at my "advanced" age of almost eighty years, resale value may become important before long.

We ordered this model (Independence) last week, why we picked this model over the other models was because of the bed size, we could leave the table down by the window up all the time, a little more storage under the beds, and the biggest reason was not having to crawl over one another to go  to the bathroom at night. We are not buying this trailer to live in so sleeping arrangements were our first concerns. We spent several weeks deciding on which model to pick, all have there advantages and disadvantages, but this one just seemed to fit our live style the best.

We are in our early 50's and choose the Indy over the others because having had other conventional bed set ups, not having to crawl over the other made the decision easy. Like at Club Med the only time we're in the StayPuft is pretty much when we're horizontal. You will not regret your choice, enjoy.

Sorry for the way delayed response, we set ours up as a "permanent" kingsize bed.
We took a KS'd mattress topper to cover the cushions and regular kingsize sheets fit just fine.
As far as single bed size I'm not sure, sorry
