My husband Philip and I bought a decrepit 1987 Casita earlier this year and had a wonderful time talking with owners from all over at the Bluebonnet Rally. We came home so inspired! Unfortunately he has been unemployed for a few months and we haven't been able to work on our project. Looks like a job is in the works but in the meantime, we've been spending some time doing research and planning. I started a blog to share our project: http://yagatoo.blogspot.com/

We'll probably be spending a lot of time on the forums and asking a million questions once we get the renovation in gear!

Great! I had a 1985 (new to me) a few years ago. I really enjoyed it! I've moved up to a 1998.
Asking questions is what we do here - and many of us have an answer.
You posted in the wrong location on the forum to get the usual 'welcome' responses - you are actually in the section where people would expect to see gatherings or rallies posted.

Enjoy your new toy & good luck on the job front
