I use cable at my residence.
I see that there is direct satelite that some people use while camping. Is there a good web site that can explain how it works and cost, location requirements, etc?
Thanks

George,
I don't have a satellite dish but for info Camping World sells them so you can go to their website. Also, I believe one of the girls on our Utah Tour had one with Dish contract. Dish.com should get some info. Finally, if you stay at one of those big rig (where they pull through) RV parks, they often have cable hook ups. If we are near a city we usually pick up good antenna service on the TV that came with the trailer. Sandy

I guess my main concern is I want to get way back in the woods. End of the gravel road kind of place.
Will a satellite dish work in the middle of nowhere?

I understand. Do a search for satellite TV on the main forum here or on casitaforum.com. You won't get many answers under the intro section. My friend was in Red Canyon of Bryce Canyon NP and got reception. Plenty of threads on the subject out there.
