Thanks for the preview picture of the new bathroom compartment configuration. Not having actually seen one yet "first-hand," the usable room looks to be considerably smaller than the bathroom compartment in my 2008 SD. Maybe it's the camera angle/perspective, but it seems to look like that sink cabinet unit takes up quite a bit of the bathroom area. The shower in my trailer is a tight enough fit for us "bigger" guys even before this change. Not sure if I could even fit into that thing. I'm 6'2" ~230 lbs. and I think I may need a can of grease and a shoehorn to get into the new style bathroom.

I'm akin to my bamboo bath mat. Dri Dek seems feasible but I like the looks of the wood.

I changed out the screws that hold the rubber feet on to stainless because I noticed that the metal ones were rusting and leaving marks on the floor of the bathroom.

We got a nice teak deck locally that we love. We do take it outside for the outside shower too.

I just ordered my Casita SD and Jonathan said the new shower floor was 24 x 24. Can't wait for it to come.

Bob.. What measurements did you use for your teak deck? Also... Where did you find it?

I saw some pictures of those Teak shower mats that really looked nice. I couldn't find any that fit the dimensions of my 2014 FD so I got the idea of making some out of that composite deck material. I was looking at Lowes web site and came across composte railing ballisters. http://www.lowes.com...Id=4757201&Ntt=. I made a mat out of them and I like the way it came out. The dimensions were 21 3/4" x 21". That composite material is pretty heavy so I ripped the ballisters in half on my table saw.

Nice job. Probably much more comfy to stand on than the dri-dek stuff I have, which hurts my tender feet.
