Eric I filled out the sheet for Directory with all info and received the Email which directed I click on so Idid and it redirected me to anoyther blank form to fill out. Did it work.

Yes, it worked!

However, the Directory will not be sent out until at least the end of this month.  There will be a post about the upcoming changes to the site and a timeline for the changes on the main forum by tomorrow evening.

No.  I'm waiting for someone who helps with my coding to get back to me on one thing.  The tentative plan is to upgrade the forums, classifieds, etc the week of June 25, 2012.  Once the upgrade is in place, we will move the code used to create the Directory submission form into a dedicated forum within the site.  This forum will not be visible to anyone who has not gone through the sign-up and introduction process for the forums.  That will weed out any spammers who may try to get onto the Directory mailing list.  Once that is completed, regular monthly (during the summer) and bi-monthly (during the winter) releases will begin.

So, in a nutshell, once I hear back from my coder, we should be able to upgrade everything and get things back to normal with the Directory.  I also have some very unique items which will be included in the upgrade that should be very exciting for the members!

What about those of us that joined the forum before the introduction process was introduced? Also, I didn't get the last two or three directorys updates.  Could you please make sure that I'm on the list.  Thanks......jc

I should rephrase that line to say, people who are not registered Casita Club Forum members will not be able to see the Directory forum and information.

Private message me your full name and email address and I'll make sure you are on the Directory.
