There's a few of us going to Boyd Lake State Park just north of Denver May 18-20 in loop B. If you want to join us just make your reservations. No one has posted this so I thought I would. We'll be there May 17-21.

That's a nice campground. We stayed there one night on our way from Yellowstone to the Great Sand Dunes NP. I have no idea if we will be able to join you.

Cool...we've never been to a camping get-together. But, then, we've never owned a Casita before either. More unexpected adventures! Maybe we'll stick our toes in the water (literally and figuratively.) It's a big step for heretofore solitary tent campers.

Unfortunately our Casita is in Alabama and we won't be bringing it back till we can get it in the driveway.

Hope you can make it. The Colorado Casitas group is super friendly, and will have loads of helpful advice for you. You'll can tour the casitas and look at the mods that people have done. Usually there's a cocktail/snack hour on Friday evening, and pot luck on Saturday evening. I just checked, there are still 10 sites open in Loop B at Boyd Lake. May 18-20.

I hear that. We had to build a low wall to add space beside our house for the Casita. BTW, the carport/awning is Photoshopped in. It's in next year's budget. :-)

Maurice and Jane-you two DO get around. Are you going to Camp Hale this year? I do hope to see you somewhere down the road. Are you going to try to make it to Rob's Kansas Flint Hills Rally? I am definately going to that.
