Anyone interested in another Fall Rally in Cherokee NC. We had a lot of fun last year with 23 campers. Great food and Great music . How about another rally in Oct?

it was a great time last year! i'd certainly be interested in a replay this year if i can make it back from the solo rally in colorado in time.

October 21-22 would be a good weekend. I believe that is the same week as last year and the the fall colors were at their peak.

Alex, it was peak foliage season last fall for the rally and wonderful to explore the area. Definitely a rally I'd recommend, lots of nice folks very relaxed.

in addition to the wonderful show of colors some people were bringing some very large trout out of the stream that runs alongside the camp...i'll have my rod with me this time...

Oooh, we are finalizing going full time in our 08 17'LD & will start workkamping for the summer at RiverCamp USA, near Piney Creek NC on June 1. That means we'll definitely be in 'the area' for this rally before heading back to Missouri (on our way to the SW for the winter). I was thinking of the local rallies/campouts we'll be missing, so it's great to have an opportunity to meet & greet more Casitans.
In case anyone one would like to visit us at RiverCamp, we can have guests visit for FREE for a couple of days while we're there. Come on by.

Is the date chiseled in stone yet? Not to make the whole world revolve around me, but I hope it will be finalized for a different weekend in Oct. because October 22 I am committed to house guests.

I talked to the people at Happy Holiday and they said Oct 13-16 would be great.The nightly Fee for us will be $32.50 per nite.

Greetings et al., Please count me in! As I read thru the thread it appears that two (2) timeframes are on the table; Oct 13 - 16 or Oct 21 - 22 or...
Please advise when dates are solid so I can block the time.
P/S If I can be of assistance in making this happen please advise.
