Great to hear--we're going up to AK for couple months this summer.

We'll take the AK ferry from Bellingham, WA to Juneau where will spend week at Mendenhall Glacier Camp Gnd. While in Juneau will go to Sitka w/o trailer for couple days.

Then to Haines, Seward, Kenai, Denali, Anchorage before heading down thro' Canada back home.

QUESTIONS:

1. Any place you were not particularly impressed with & any place you wish you would have spent more time ?
2. Did you add any 'protection' to the front of your trailer to defend against rock damage ?
3. Did you take any 'excursions' that you really enjoyed, ie Tracy Arm from Juneau or Resurection Bay from Seward ?
4. Did you mostly 'wing-it' or did you have a set plan and make reservations for camping ?

Thanks for your help....

We really enjoyed all of the Kenai penn. including Homer and Seward. We did not do anything to the trailer, and

made no reservations. We dry camped a lot. Took the ferry from Hains to Juneau without trailer, and then from
Haines to Skagway with Trailer. Drove back to Missouri and then to CA. Total of 15K miles. Denali was great,
