Spotted an earlier model Casita leaving Galveston Island State Park around 2:30 p.m. last Friday, August 6.

If it was towed by white tundra it was probably me. We were arriving for a weekend of fishing. Boy was it HOT. Heat index in the 114-118 degree range but we caught reds and trout in the bay plus one bull red that did quite a good job of taking me into the gulf before I my yaking buddy could catch up with me since he had my anchor.

The picture of your Casita looks like the one I saw. I love Galveston! However, I opted to stay in a condo on the seawall. Glad you caught some fish.

We must have just missed each other. We stayed at Galveston Island State Park the night of Aug 5th and left the morning of the 6th via the ferry on our way back to GA with our Scamp.
