I would like to suggest this place (Medora, ND area) for a summer camping trip. This location is very nice and the musical play that they put on is top notch. The place is set in an old west theme. There also is the Theodore Roosevelt National Park nearby. Here are links to the area. Some people aren't into musicals but I would bet you will find this to be an exception. Also the Pitch fork Fondue is great. They cook steaks on pitch forks! They're really good too. The town has a good campground. The ones at the National park are more primitive but well kept.

smile.gif We have never gone to the play, but have been to Medora and the South Unit of Teddy Roosevelt twice. We were very pleased with the Nat'l Park, a really exceptional place to see and a neat campground. We liked the North Unit as well.


North Dakota has some nice camping areas, more than we have been or know about. Here are some of them:
