Congratulations to the twelve of you that have signed up for Don's tour. You are really in for a treat. Don is a really great host and well informed guide. The landscapes are beautiful. The friendships you make will last forever. I know he can't wait to show you, along with Betsy, the country he loves so much. If it wasn't for a scheduling conflict, Wanda and I would be on the list for our second tour just like "Generator Jerry".

Just so you know, odds are very good that you will be going on this Tour.

As Don mentioned, 'life happens' and it's probable that some of the folks on the Participants List will have to change their plans.
Two years ago, 4-5 of those who'd signed up in advance had to eventually back out, me included.

I would love to be part of this tour and thought seriously about signing up. Its hard for me to get away on this particular week. If it happens again next year its a definite maybe. I know you all will have a great time in such a marvelous area. I keep my hopes up for another chance in the future.

Reservations for Watchman campground at Zion are open starting today. I have reserved space A005R.

BTW, by using my Senior Pass I got half off on the camping space. $20 for two days. Not bad for electric and river front location.

Park entry fee should be waived with Senior Pass, also.

I've got the spot next door: A007R. While I was looking at the map and available sites (plus registering with Rec.Gov) several were taken. Casita folks better not wait too long!

My plans are somewhat optimistic since my trailer is on order with current delivery date in Rice after the Utah tour. Even so, I'm not giving up my spot just yet, since Casita plans to increase manufacturing output in January and reduce backlog more quickly. Some likely to cancel orders should also help move up my hatch date. If it becomes doubtful I'll have DawgHouse II in time, I'll post a message and also make my Zion reservation available. BTW, I got the Senior Pass rate too. Grey hair does has an advantage!

I'm sorry, Wilco, but at this time I'm not comfortable adding any more folks to the Wait List. We're already full at 12 trailers, with 3 on the Wait List.

Stay tuned over the next few months. Anything can happen. Someone may cancel and you can purchase their reservations.
