Description

1998 Casita 17' Spirit Deluxe Clean and watertight. Like New 8 ply radials, Trailer Cover by CalMark included. New 12 Volt battery, electric power tongue jack and Front AC unit. New awning replaced by Casita factory service and new LED Brake Lights.

A: Camper has the front Shower, sink, and toilet self contained.
I can get a picture of the Bathroom to you later this evening.
I have clear title.
I am 3rd owner of trailer.
The tires are 95% tread 8 ply Toyo Radials.
One hairline surface crack on top.
Everything in working order , appliances, lights, fridge, MW Oven, water system, gas cooktop, brakes, brand new Awning, AC and Furnace, HW Heater, and water pump.
